Managing Director and Principal Solicitor. Rainer was admitted to practice in 1979. He was admitted to the Victorian Bar in 1980 and remained at the Bar until 1993 specialising in criminal law but also representing clients in many other matters including motor vehicle law. In 1993 he left the Bar and worked as an employee and later became a partner in a criminal practice. In 1996 he set up his own criminal law practice. Mr. Martini specialises in private criminal work.
Mr Martini has appeared in all criminal jurisdictions from the Children Court to the Supreme Court as an advocate and also as an instructing Solicitor. He has prepared hundreds of trials as an instructing solicitor. He has contributed to the Fitzroy Legal Service Handbook. Has acted as Treasurer and volunteer at the former Doveton Legal Service and has also been a volunteer at Camecare in Camberwell.
The legal staff are supported by experienced and dedicated support staff including Jayne Reynolds who has worked as principal secretary and manager for over 25 years.
